R. G. Miller Engineers provides traffic engineering services to clients in both public and private sectors.  Our services include all aspects of traffic engineering: planning, preliminary engineering, design, contract documents and construction management.  We also have expertise in the study, design and implementation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), including designing surveillance, communication and controls for roadways, highways and toll roads, and fiber optic and wireless communications to interconnect signals, cameras and gate controls - to each other and to a Traffic Management Center.
