Team Leader

Azim Shahparnia, Team Leader for the Site Development Department, which is responsible for reconnaissance level investigations, feasibility studies, platting and planning, floodplain mitigation design, grading and utility design, low impact development and construction administration.

Mr. Shahparnia has more than 15 years of experience in multiple sectors of civil engineering, both in Iran and the United States, where he moved in 2013.  His experience includes site and land development in the commercial, industrial and energy sectors; analysis, design, engineering and construction in the power plant, refinery, chemical plant and oil & gas industries; and analysis, design, engineering and permitting with commercial projects in the state of Texas.

He has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Semnan in Iran and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Texas Flood Plain Management Association
