Jason Johnson, an associate principal of R G. Miller Engineers and Team Leader for the Utility District Services Department, specializes in engineering planning and design, construction management, project management, municipal utility district management, and the coordination of master planned land development projects. He has 21 years of experience managing and coordinating the components for planned communities, municipalities, and the design of water systems.

Mr. Johnson is a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association, the Association of Water Board Directors, the American Water Works Association, and the American Council of Engineering Companies-Houston, where he has served on the Board of Directors and as chair of the Design Standards and Plan Review Committee. He has Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
