Justin Wagner is Team Leader of the Land Development Department, which specializes in all aspects of engineering planning and design, construction management, project management, and the coordination of master planned land development projects. He has more than 10 years of experience in the planning, design and management of all aspects of land development for both public and private civil engineering projects.


Mr. Wagner has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
