President


Mark Gehringer, president of R. G. Miller/DCCM, is a registered professional engineer with more than 25 years of experience managing projects and leading teams in residential land development, municipal engineering, and drainage/water resources. He specializes in managing all aspects of master planned community land development, including planning, design, and construction activities; establishing and tracking project schedules; overseeing bid selections; and producing annual development budgets. In addition, he has coordinated national land development operations across the United States, creating and implementing uniform land development processes and procedures to streamline reporting nationwide.


Mr. Gehringer is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Fort Bend Subsidence District, where he serves as chairman of the Science and Technology Committee. He has served as president of a municipal utility district and multiple HOAs. As a member of the Board of Directors for the West Houston Association he served as chair of the Sustainable Infrastructure Committee. He also served as vice-chair on the Executive Committee of the Katy Area Economic Development Council’s Board of Governors and on the Advisory Council of the Texas Association of Water Board Directors. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University.
