Patrick Ross, manager of the Transportation/Traffic Department,has more than 25 years of experience in designing and directing transportation projects, beginning at the California Department of Transportation. He has engaged in the full range of planning and design activities during the development of transportation projects, including transportation studies, preliminary design and the preparation of plans, specifications and estimates. His expertise covers conceptual and preliminary design of highway improvements, alternatives development and analysis, cost estimating, project phasing and funding, final design and construction documents. He also has experience with construction phase services on projects, ranging from localized traffic studies to major programs for the design and construction of complex freeway corridors. In addition, Mr. Ross has managed teams of partnering consultants developing projects and worked with outside stakeholder groups to successfully complete projects that meet client requirements.
Mr. Ross has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
