Jordan Williams Earns P.E. Designation
Jordan Williams, Engineer in R. G. Miller Engineers’ Land Development Department, has been working as an assistant project manager at RGME for nearly five years, gaining experience with municipal utility districts and designing paving, water, sewer and drainage improvements for residential and commercial developments. She has worked in Harris, Montgomery and Fort Bend counties, City of Houston, City of Missouri City, City of Conroe and the Village of Pleak.
A graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Jordan decided to become an engineer as a senior in high school. At first, she wanted to be a mechanical engineer, but later switched to civil engineering, which she calls “the best decision I ever made.”
Her favorite part of engineering is working with her clients – knowing and anticipating what they need.
Jordan is very busy outside of work as well. She serves on the board of her community’s MUD District, and she and her husband are the parents of twin boys just entering the toddler stage.
