HOUSTON, TX, August 2015 – R. G. Miller Engineers, Inc., has announced the promotion of Justin S. Wagner, P.E., to the position of Senior Project Manager in the Land Development Department.

Mr. Wagner, who previously served as a project manager for the department, has more than nine years of professional experience in the planning, design and management of all aspects of land development for both public and private civil engineering projects. He has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
