Kristopher Glende, P.E, who specializes in water and wastewater engineering, has joined R. G. Miller Engineers as a Team Leader in the Land Development Department.
Kris has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M, an MBA from the University of Houston-Downtown, and 4 ½ years of experience in the field. In addition to his designation as a Professional Engineer (P.E.), he is a member of the American Water Works Association, the American Public Works Association, and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
He became interested in becoming an engineer at an early age since both his father and uncle are electrical engineers and he excelled in math and science in school. His father has managed construction projects all around the country, and the family lived in nine different states before moving to Texas, where they were originally from, in time for Kris to finish high school in Dallas. He moved to Houston after graduating from college.
When he isn’t working, Kris enjoys playing the guitar, hunting and fishing.
