RGME’s Michael Bloom Interviewed on ULI’s Advisory Services Program in November’s Urban Land Magazine
Michael Bloom, P.E., Sustainability Practice Manager for R. G. Miller Engineers, was interviewed on his experience as a participant in the Urban Land Institute’s Advisory Services Program for a recent article in Urban Land.
The article profiles the program’s more than 70 years of finding “creative solutions to the most complex land use challenges facing communities” by bringing together ULI members “to provide their expertise and promote best practices.”
Mr. Bloom was part of an Advisory Services panel that visited Toa Baja, Puerto Rico – devastated by Hurricanes Maria and Irma in 2017 – to study the area and present recommendations on how best to rebuild and advance the physical, social, and economic resilience of the municipality.
The article, which went live November 12, is available here. The story will also be featured in the Advisory Services section of the 2019 ULI annual report.
