Project Description

• Extensive expansion to Nortwest Memorial Hospital, with emergency aircraft landing site, located at 610 adn Ella Blvd,
• 1.5 acre site area for the design of the new patients services tower building
• 1.65 acre site area for the new design of Pedestrian Connecter & Plaza at office building
• Additional desing included a new Service Center, Parking Garage, Patient Tower and Central Plant.
• Prepared desing of water lines, sanitary sewer, grading plants, storm drainage systems, paving plans, fire services lanes
• Multiple public roadway abandonments and subdivision plats
• Land reclamation project in which box culverts were placed within an existing ditch and back filled to finished grade
• Flood plain mitigation
• Plan approvals from the City of Houston
