In Honor of Accounting Appreciation Day: Let’s Take the Opportunity to Say Thank You
International Accounting Day was first held in 1972 by the San Diego chapter of the California Society of CPA’s; however, today it’s operated by the Accounting Education Institute. Created to help inspire younger generations into an accounting and finance career, in 1976 other organizations were invited to celebrate and so Accounting Appreciation Day became an official holiday celebrated everywhere.
May 19th is all about accounting and finance. RGME is pleased to acknowledge the many contributions that our dynamic group of financial professionals make daily. We greatly appreciate each of you for the vital role you play in the overall success of our organization.
