Landev Engineers was responsible for the site development of Vinmar International’s new warehouse, storage, and distribution facility in Baytown, Texas. Design elements included over 2,000 linear feet of storm sewer and drainage conduit, including several outfall points to an existing 17.3-acre detention basin, utility infrastructure, grading, and 35,000 square yards of concrete pavement.

Grading, paving, drainage, stormwater conveyance, fire protection, and erosion control for a 40-acre development for a global marketing, distribution and project development company that brings value to the world’s leading producers and users of petrochemical products through tailored business solutions. Project encompassed several months of coordination with other project disciplines including architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering and included review and coordination with Chambers County for the civil site, detention, and earthwork in accordance with agency requirements.
